Profile: UiO (University of Oslo), represented by IFI (Department of Informatics), is the premier research university in Norway. Information security is among IFI’s main focus areas of research, with a new strategic research initiative for information security started in 2014. UiO also has a strong focus on logic and big data analysis techniques. Both of the above research strengths provide the basis for the scientific coordination of Oslo Analytics.
