Lessons from COVID-19: Connectivity matters in a time of crisis
Ericsson, one of our key partners in CONCORDIA is sharing their lessons learnt from COVID-19. During this global crisis, cellular connectivity has shown being a critical infrastructure societal service both for enterprises to keep business continuity and for people to stay always connected. All this thanks to European-led intensive research, innovation and standardization that started many years ago and now is showing its fruits. Looking at the future, and in line with the EU’s Digital Strategy, CONCORDIA and Ericsson believe that the role of trustworthy and resilient 5G/6G networks will become even more important, and we plan together to achieve this goal.
